This is an appeal from a judgment of the Randolph Circuit Court in an election contest held in Randolph County. It involves the right and title to the office of Clerk of the Randolph County Circuit Court for the term beginning in January, 1982. The election in question was held in November, 1980, but the Clerks office in Randolph County is a held-over office and the one elected will not take office until January, 1982. The cause was originally filed in the Court of Appeals under No. 1-781 A 215, but was transferred to this Court pursuant to Ind. R. App. P. 4(A)(10) as a result of Appellants Verified Petition and the granting thereof on July 27, 1981. It is docketed in this Court under No. 781 S 199.
